We did not get a chance to hit -------- this year. Maybe next year we can get to it.
I quartered and de-boned the two hogs from this weekend and dropped them off at the butcher. I was guessing the sow weighed 80 pounds. And the boar around 130. Before the butcher weighed it I told him it would be 57 pounds. It was 57 pounds! 😯 Spot on lol That was short the larger ones ribs( saw ran out of battery) and one front leg from the small sow (Gonna eat for dinner tonight)So about -10 pounds there. Both were healthy pigs. :chef
he probably gave you 57 pounds so you would feel smart and kept the rest for himself. :shifty

yeah i bet. as much as you kill if i was the processor i would be happy to see you. thats easy money for those guys. i know our local processor is busy and makes a pile of money from august til about now.
