As for gamy lamb lamb lamb. So you know a lamb chop substitute.. Need one deer chop - rub around in open deer stomach let sit one night then rinse and enjoy. NASTY sorry but when ever some has it that's what i smell Deer Intestines.

Wild hog to me its gamy the next day when reheated. Seams to have a stronger flavor day two.

Lamb is disgusting to me. One of only a few foods I refuse to eat. My wife's family cooks it at Christmas and I have to hold my breath. I'd rather eat a cooter turtle
