I've noticed that every time I gut my hogs there is some kind of clear liquid that comes out of the gut cavity.
It's not a lot of liquid, may be a little more than a cup on smaller hogs and two cups on larger hogs but it's always there.
I know it's not urine as I don't smell the amonia or urea and I'm careful not to puncture the bladder.
All my hogs were headshot so their belly is very clean with no trauma to any organs... except the head/brain.
Any ideas?

I think all mammals have that. It's just natural fluid in our/their body cavities

Probably peritoneal fluid. There is a sac that surroundes the internal organs called the peritoneum. Between that sac and the fascia is a clear fluid.
