Yeah that sounds like a fine idea, could I offer you my wife also, that would be a big hep also? I only have 4 levers at the house, all Winchesters, and another Winchester and Browning at Dad's. Yesterday we traded in all three of our chevy vehicles (2-4x4's), all were paid off, the newest one was a 2007 SUV the oldest a 1998 PU, all great condition, great running, low miles and well maintained vehicles for a 2013 KIA Forte Sedan and they traded us even. WE GOT A DEAL on that $13K car! I would think it will last for at least 10-15 years, great car!
I am going to be selling our 2000 Sq' house next month, they have a deal on 900 Sq' apartments for only $1500 a month in South Orlando, gonna ask $105K and it should go fast since it's appraised at $215K.
