Swampbird- Thanks for that link. I'd not seen that one before. I wonder why the data for some of the WMA's with the data cards but no check station aren't on there? Anyhow, I think those numbers speak for themselves. 🙂

Dony- Good luck at Blanding. Do you know what areas you'll be in? I work out there and see deer A LOT! In fact this year has been one of the better years for the Rod and Gun club on the base itself...some real nice deer have been taken already. I think the WMA will be just as good! The hog numbers are down overall but there are still plenty to be had if you know where to look.

We've got a couple spots we've hit over the last few years. We pulled a small buck and a doe last year from one of the spots.
