Comfort! I am in my boots most every day, and in my hunting boots alot during the season and preseason, I can't handle sore feet. My lacrosse boots are very confortable, but the Servus boots I have probably cost over $100 but they are more confortable then some Nike that I have had, and they need to be when you are in them for 12 plus hours a day 5 days a week and then some.
I agree with you there. I spend top dollar on my work boots, usually Justin or Redwing.Lately I have been buying lightwieght magnum boots like the ones the cops wear for work.I thought about wearing them for hunting but don't think they'll hold up in the water to long.Rubber boots aint the most comfy, but I normally just wear them to and from the stand. My problem is I have big feet with a high instep. I have a helluva hard time finding good hunting boots.
I've been wearing the Sportsman's Guide boots also and have now torn the heel off and am looking to get another pair myself. I figured I'd go with the mucks also at Cabelas. Tired of wearing 10 lb boots. I started wearing sneakers alot when it's dry with a set of gaiters like these. You don't even realize your wearing these after a while.

When I'm hunting in Big Cypress I wear these now.

A couple of the places I hunt out there I have to walk through 1' of water and sometimes 3' to get to where I put my climber. I got tired of water filled boots and decided this was best when it was a short walk to the stand. And when it's 90 out these are a lot cooler in the stand.
i want those lacross ones.. im also with ya on wet feet.. i love rubber boots.
