I did not mean to say not to wear on Private land but there is no legal or state requirement to do so.
Think that what it says have to have unless in general archery season.
Florida on both public and private lands while deer hunting; except during the period of the general archery season or as otherwise stated.
Hunter orange requirement
It is unlawful to hunt deer or to accompany another person hunting deer on public lands unless each person is wearing a minimum of 500 square inches of daylight fluorescent orange material as an outer garment.
Says only public land, if it was meant for private too it would be listed or neither mentioned.

it's about safety not the law, would it hurt less if you got shot on private land? it's up to the individual how they wanna hunt, just don't come running to me if you shoot youre leg off.
