Which WMA would you Select?

I am starting to locate some parcels around Green Swamp after the advise I was given here. Most of the cheaper prices are located around the southeast corner of the WMA. I have been finding alot of pieces off of Hwy 33, north of I-4. Does this sound like an area I should concentrate in? The pieces located along the eastern edge in Lake just seem too expensive to me.

before you buy anything, make sure there is easement/access to it. There are some parcels of land in there that are completely surrounded by other parcels with ZERO legal access to it. Lots of buyers got screwed by that back in the day down around there.
