this works best in a cast iron dutch oven , in stove or over campfire, season pot with oil & minced garlic until light brown, dust roast with salt pepper paprika and flour, brown on all sides in pot, add 4 talks chopped cellery including leaf,2- chopped onions,6-8 carotts cut to your prefference, mushrooms whole if desired, 12 small red potatoes whole, 1-can french onion soup, 1-can golden cream of mushroom ( cambels ), 1- soup can full of red wine. turn and baste 2-3 times cook for 1.5 - 3 hours or until tender ( its hard to overcook), serve with a hard crusty type bread. this wlii work in a crock pot also, after browning roast in a skillet. enjoy
