Preheat oven at 350
Picked some fresh bell peppers from my plant.
Browned some venison sausage (thanks Dave it was awesome!!!) and strained it.
Cooked some Spanish rice with diced tomatoes and set aside.
Mix the venison,rice and tomatoes together. Stuff the peppers and top with marinara sauce.
Cook for 1 hour or until peppers are soft. Baste the peppers every 20 mins with the sauce to keep them from drying out. And enjoy. I ate them before I realized I din't take a finished pic. Oh well they were great!
