That looks outstanding. The turkey breasts I did last year on my smoker were awesome, and I bet roasting one like this would be good, too. I'll never oven-bake or fry a turkey again!

Just my preference, but I don't like fried turkey. We did the fried turkey deal a couple years in a row, and I have done it at camp many times. While they are good, and I can fry one perfectly,..just not my preference. I find it to be extremely expensive(cost of the bird and especially the oil). Plus there are too many ways to screw it up.
