I'll just let the pics tell the story...
Sausage patties, ear corn, ....in the foil.....pork chops, 2 racks of ribs, and some cuts off of a very small pig from last season
Venison burgers and some veggies, plus some quartered squash

Good lord....going BGE crazy.......that all looks good. I really like cooking corn while its still in the husk...

Although I haven't used one, I understand thats not far from the truth, I had seen somewhere that guy cooked for +/- 10 hours on half a bag of charcoal.
