I got it on a 350* BGE as we speak. I need a good hot meal and some beers after the last 2 days Ive had
as a former medical proffesional I'd prescribe something at least 80 proof. sorry for your troubles.
I had a turkey last thanksgiving that was roasted like this, to say it was moist was an understatement....
That looks outstanding. The turkey breasts I did last year on my smoker were awesome, and I bet roasting one like this would be good, too. I'll never oven-bake or fry a turkey again!
