Thanks treefarmer! My grandfather turned 90 Jan. 13 2013. I just never heard it called lite bread before. Makes perfect sense. I was out yesterday afternoon Allen, wont make it out today as i have honey do list...next weekend i plan on going out sat and sun afternoon. I will be putting that finishing sauce to use soon!

I use something very similar to that but I inject my butts with it. Nothing like pulled pork sandwiches I make homemade coleslaw and put that on the sandwiches also.

I made some pulled pork today and it was great. Brined it for 3 days. however I used Stubbs original sauce.
