Now that the season is about to open for the majority of the state lets hear some of your favorite deer or hog recipes. My all time favorite meal is backstrap cut in chunks marinated in ittallion dressing then fried. Gravy made with the drippings with cubed potatoes and fried onions with some collard greens and a fresh salad.
