how do you store it, room temp or frozen? and it won't mold at room temp? the last I had made by my butcher from venison lasted 7 years vacuum packed and frozen, probably would have lasted longer if I didn't eat it. only reason it lasted that long is I didn't realize I had it. great food to bring in the woods.

I doubt it will mold, being vacuum sealed.I'll store it in freezer what I wont eat in the next few days. Plus I added a tsp of insta-cure to the marinade, so I should be good ta go
