yeah I started chicken after the beef had sineau and was too tough one time, that is all I do with wild turkey, make jerky with it. Venison you need to add about 5% fat and I hav not done wild pork, but have used like a pork roast from the store a couple of times. Now I tend to use the meat that is on sale...
