The bottles on left are a habanero/mango/pineapple
Green sauce is jalapeno
sauce on right is tabasco/chile de arbol/ghost pepper. It is hot as fire

I give most of it away. I keep a couple jars to myself, and the rest I give as freebies

I just took all the habanero's I had in the freezer, de stemmed them and tossed them in a pot. I added 2 fresh mango's(cut all the meat off and tossed in pot), and a large can of pineapple chunks with all juice. Added a couple garlic cloves, 1/4 onion, salt/pepper and vinegar. Simmered for about 30 minutes, and put in a blender and blended till smooth, then re-simmered for a few minutes. Let cool till room temp, then put in fridge overnight . Next day I reheated/re-blended, then went thru canning process

This is hot as fire, and goes absolutely well with any type of seafood

Man, That stuff is great. :rockon I put about a tsp. on my taco's tonight. And the great thing is on top of the heat that it brings it has a great flavor as well.
