Sorry fellas, the card game got a little out of hand.....Looks like I am a day late and a 18 pack of Bud Platinum's short. After the carnage of yesterday, I am somewhat surprised I remembered to take some of these pics.

Appetizers........

Main course...... Everybody ate this up...a bit of advice as this was my 1st low country boil. My wife's uncle was supposed to drop off a turkey fryer setup so I could do the boil outside using a propane tank. He did not show so I set this up on the stove, once the crab boil and old bay got to boiling it almost chased all of the guests out of the house....had to open some windows and get a cross breeze going until all the food was put into the pot....alot of coughing and blurry eyes for 15 minutes or so. This fed 7 adults and 2 kids easily, I still have leftovers.

Almost forgot, I actually smoked the sausage and corn for the boil while the venison was cooking. This turned into some great bar-b-cue. The kids ate it up.

That's looks amazing! We do a low contry boil every year in the cooler months but missed it this year due to too many babies being born. I've got 3 new grandbabies since the beginning of the year. Anyhow, never used crab legs in my boil but it sure looks good. We normally just put in loads of shrimp, sausage, corn & potatoes. Makes a great meal.
