I don't want to toot my own horn, but I would enter this in a contest right now. Myron Mixon and Bobby Flay would lose...

Wings in some citrus rub and mojo in a ziploc all day

Put on the egg at 275 when i got home from getting my boy from school

On the grill

half way thru

On the gas grill for 10 minutes to crisp up. Then tossed in Frank's sweet/fiery wing sauce

Wings with honey garlic and Cajun seasoning. cup of honey hand full of garlic and a table spoon of Cajun seasoning. heat then let it cool.
