It's all in the head. And how it's taken care of after it's butchered. But mainly in the head.

I heard the other day that Fuddruckers has an Elk burger. Maybe I'll go check it out.

You guys must not be cooking it right or something. I have never heard of anybody that would take a stinking hog over a deer.

+1 Pork is good but doesn't even compare to venison IMO.
