I love chicken and turkey livers. Even ate them from quail and doves. I like deer hearts a little chewy.

I eat chicken and turkey hearts whole, i am guessig this is nothing like that?

I cook mine whole stewed with veggies and lots of onion n garlic.

if I won't eat heart and liver I know my dogs will. better than letting it go to waste.
