I had some pickled deer heart my friend made last weekend it was good.

ive neve tasted it but it looks good.. This weekend i killed two hogs and my friends girl took the livers, hearts, feet, and ears. YUCK. guess people like different things. Sounds like shes fixin to make a "death soup" as i call it.. lol

did she pick up any road kill on the way home? if you know how to cook it right almost anything will taste good.

Keep your hands off my road kill.

Eating hart was normal growing up along with tong. Deer tong is a little small to bother with but harts i have two in freezer right now. Need 4 for dinner for two.
