Here's a tip. Don't drain the lemon/lime juice. Add a little olive oil to the mix and stir. I like to add a little bit of Adobo to it as well. I also use yellow and red bell pepper for some color.
It also goes great with some thinly sliced, deep fried green plantains. "Tostones"
