have a gerber skinning knife w/ gut hook. that is it. don't use loppers or a bone saw. after disassembly will use a filet knife to de-bone with. that is about it for me.

All I saw you do is back up to the processor and say "skin em boys"

do my own hogs , sometimes. lol. deer--- i let the processor do them. lol

i agree with hellbilly cant ever have too many knives ,but for as far as what knives to break down a hog indians did it for hundreds of years with sharpened rocks and such so im sure u dont need anything fancy
