I wanted to hunt there in the worst way but no quota permit, nobody ever even showed up as of opening day. anybody hear anything about it?
That question brings up a whole lot of different opinions and arguements.Sounds pretty normal for quota's,ya can't never get the ones you want,ya can't give them away or trade them anymore.Pretty sad when nobody shows up for a quota. They should allow so many walk-ins for any hunt quota hunt.Opening day was Fri wasn't it?Pretty nast day for most to be in the woods.
no, it opened thurs-sun. thurs was not bad out, fri was cold and rainy, teeth chattering cold, and I'm well insulated and love the cold. coldest I've been in a long long time.
I love cold weather also but I'm really starting to get sick of it.Rain,wind,mud,and cold weather,I've had enough.I'm ready for some sunshine,box of crickets,and some bluegills.
