I'm not surprised.
If nobody is pushing the issue it will just be kept within the circle and nothing will be done.
Sounds like "stuff" has been going on for a while so his boss isn't going to push the issue as it will make him look bad once everything comes up. Others in the circle may just keep it quiet too as they too may have had or may have in future some dirty laundry come up too. Just like any other group of people, they like to keep it all within the family.
Only if someone outside the agency or from higher up push the issue will things happen.
AS a manager of different companies for the last 20 years...as soon as I saw domestic battery charge the interview would be over...
I don't mean to sound like there are no hard working, knowledgable people working in the government because there are some but as time goes by they fall into one of three groups. They either get complicant and become one of those useless worker, get ambitious and start brown nosing to climb up the ladder or they get disgusted and move on to private sector.
kc 45 i believe u hit it right on...a few pieces of equipment dissappeared from a certain wma an this same individual sold it an was braging,his boss told him to make it dissappear..so that may be why his boss is covering for him...this may make baynews9 when it breaks...lol
