DOES ANYONE HAPPEN TO KNOWS THE RULES/GROUNDS ON WORKING FOR OR BEING FIRED FROM A STATE AGENCY OR BEING HIRED BY ONE,MEANING BACKGROUND CHECKS,ARRESTS,DOMESTIC VIOLENCE,BATTERY,ETC...ARENT THEY SUPPOSE TO FOLLOW A SO CALLED GOLDEN RULE AN BE MODEL CITIZENS AN SET GOOD EXAMPLES...?????ANY THOUGHTS OR COMMENTS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED...THANKS

Having had to deal with many State and Federal technical engineers at work I have met some who were totally useless.
I mean technical engineers who can't do anything else except put up road blocks on projects just to justify their existance.
I had one guy put out a big stink on a million dollar project because the bolts used to hold racks were stainless instead of black (like rest of the crap they had and color didn't match). We had to explain that stainless bolts were much better due to humid environment and that previous installers should have used stainless bolts too. It took two days and going over his head to get is resolved. Later they had us come back and replace all the black bolts with stainless. We had another one who showed up for inspections after having couple beers for lunch.
It may be difficult to get government jobs but once in, your going for a long easy ride.
yaw tell me 1 battery charge,1 breach of piece,1 domestic violence battery,1 game an fish violation,an 1 disorderly conduct isnt grounds for not bein hired by the state?? he was an employee at time of the domestic battery charge an he works for fwc an he has even been caught taking a doe illegally in a closed section of a wma while an employee but his supervisors say they dont stand for that kind of conduct but nothing is ever done..yall think its being covered up or the right people aint finding out...he is definately not the type of person we need working with an watching out for our wmas...ok whats yalls thought please...
an this employee has threatened,harassed,assaulted,etc other hunters in the woods an lots an lots of complaints have been file with tallahassee an nothing happens....im just asking for thoughts and opinions only...thanks
