AKA... Cholesterol bomb 😆
Start off with 4 pounds of Homemade wild pork sausage and split into 2 equal halves
Next you put whatever filling you want in the middle. For this one I used diced red onion, swiss cheese, and sliced mushrooms

put the 2 halves together 
top off in a pack of thick cut bacon
on the gas grill with some hickory chips
I will take it to 165deg and slice. I am doing some scrambled eggs and cheese grits to go with it
