I did this a week or so ago and never posted it.
Start off with some venison cube steaks, roll in flour/panko bread crumbs and fry real quick

Pour off the grease and make a nice thick brown onion gravy

When the gravy gets to the right thickness, put the meat back in and let simmer for about 30 minutes or longer if you want
serve with taters and a veggie
