wow were all old.
I not on the bp med anymore. quite smoking and cut down on my coffee -- the smoking was the ticket. 2 years latter my bp is good without the med been that way now for about a 6 monthes.
public land will make you lose weight.. a lease will keep you needing bigger treestands with bigger wight limits.. lol

I haven't had any sugar problems but have had high cholesterol for ten years I know of and mild hyper-tension. I've went fat free and lost 30 lbs and no change in numbers,ate good food for years and nothing. I quit worrying about it,one Dr even told me that he thinks cholesterol is a lot more hype than anything.LAst year my numers got to around 270 and they put me on crestoe,within a month my numbers were way below normal.I also quit eating sugar and drinking anything with sugar and lost another 12 lbs.After almost a year on creator I had to quit because of hip,and joint pain.It was almost crippleing. Now most of the pain is gone and I don't give two craps anymore. When the good lord is ready to take me home so be it.
I'm currently 215 with a good build but wasn't always this way. I started working out over a decade ago and still workout 3-4 times per week and the extra muscle seems to keep the bodyfat low (except during hunting season).
