Pistol is at the ffl

B4 I had my CCW my ffl wouldn't make me wait. He went by the purchase date

one thing I did before I had my ccw was to pay for the gun in full or partial in person or over the phone by credit card before I planned on picking it up and they would start the cooling off period from the day they first rec'd payment. probably different from store to store.
