lol everyone thinks it's them cuz it's happened to all of us at one time or another, seriously not aiming it at anyone V.I had a farm I first started hunting on owned by an old black lady that would always remind me she had a big pile of rocks at the end of the driveway cuz i'd miss so many archery shots, mathews cured that.
Ain't no one more upset about it than I am, I promise. After my buddy gave up and we went back to camp and he eventually went out to hunt again and dropped me off at a stand..it was eating me up so bad that I walked over two miles back to where I was that morning and looked for him for another 3 hours. I wish I would of missed him....but you can't kill them if you don't pull the trigger and give it a whirl. Primitive weapons make it that much more of a challenge.
I don't think you were specifically pointing me out Nacho, but I am the only one who's posted anything about it publicly recently (I think) and HB asked....I don't recall seeing a bunch of other fellas post their follies...but maybe I missed it. Not that I even care, like I said, I am beating myself up enough over it...don't matter what anyone else says.
don't worry about it V you guys aint alone but I can't reveal sources lol, besides nobody can come close to my record of shooting all 6 arrows, picking them up and missing 6 more times in the same afternoon. at that black lady's farm in the early 80's chennango cty N.Y. in an apple orchard I had a steady parade of bucks come by me single file for over 2 hours and was shooting an old used in 1975 pse with a trajectory like a rainbow, I hit every branch in the woods.
