What a coincidence, I have some tonic steeping also. The hardest part is not drinking it until it's ready & the filtration process. We will have to do a pepsi challenge. Yes we would like to move within the next year or two, it's just too big & too much work to maintain, a/c, heat for the 2 of us. If moving is inevitable should one of us pass the remaining one wouldn't be able to afford to stay on a fixed income, & doing the move while "relatively young" makes sense. Since my brother & mother passed we have enough stuff to furnish 3 houses. 4 bathrooms, 6 TV's for 2 people is a bit much & I hate paying more for chemicals for the lawn/ insects/pool, than I do for groceries is insane, not to mention taxes & sink holes. WE were thinking of the villages with the rest of the Yankees, the VD capital of FL. Take a golf cart everywhere.
