When I was in college I left my contacts in for too long (read: passed out in) and got an ulcer in my eye. Terrible pain.
What if you get something in your eye..can you rub your eyes with contacts in? I have dry corneas and it causes my eyes, especially my right eye to tear up a lot and I have to rub it every 30 minutes or so
Rub around it. I just took mine out. They pushed the tauric lenses on me saying that i needed it cause i have astigmatism. Well my wife had them and they were very in comfortable. She said she did the trial and went to air optics.
The lady told me i could not get air optics cause i have astigmatism. Well i just looked online and they make them for that. So ill be there thursday TELLING them the ones i want. The tauric have a weight in them at the bottom to keep them adjusted. So when you blink they move and you have a slight refocus time. Well the air optics have weights at 8 and 4 oclock to balance better, and they are air vented.
I told my wife they pushed them on you and me cause they probably are a sponsor or get them cheap.
I have astigmatism also and wear the normal ones. I cannot tell a difference.
