Am I the only person who hates where country is going? The whole time watching the cmt music awards I keep thinking, how in the hell is that considered country. Some artists who were good go all pop star too once they get a label. I am huge on music and most of the time know about artists well before they become famous, it kills me to see them completely change their music to become famous. I guess I don't blame them, but this sucks. Sorry for this off topic rant that has nothing to do with hunting and fishing, but I know you guys appreciate REAL country and not this southern pop bullcrap. Is the whole new country community a bunch of teenage girls now?

I recorded that CMT show last night and watched it this morning, er fast forwarded thru most of it. Every one of them should never be used in the same sentence with country music. And what is up with these fellers wearing mom jeans? Pretty sad, the only person that sang a song that was half way country was Darius Rucker. ANd that Florida Georgia line group looks like an 80's hair band. They are gosh awful
And someone please give Taylor Swift a plate of pork and rice, with a slice of cake. That poor girl needs to eat
I'm actually mad at Darius Rucker for covering wagon wheel. Wagon wheel was done by old crow medicine show and they do it wayyy better than him. I play it on my banjo with my buddies on their guitar. Don't get me wrong he does it good, but I was mad he completely took the banjo out pretty much except for the one part where he says "I pick a banjo now".
Oh and they get dressed by their managers lol. I went to a Justin Moore concert and he complained about them making him where his jeans so tight. There little puppets, country music is a joke now. There's still good artists out there though, just not on the radio
