Is there maintenance free chicken?

I just went out there and studied the back yard. I think I figured out how to expand their pen fairly cheap. Will get on that after the holiday week

The henopause funny, but they may have been just going into a molt. They will molt two times the first year, baby to adult feathers and then the normal adult change of feathers that happen once a year. The molting is stressful and usually the eggs slow down or stop until it's over.

That's not maintenance free you need lot of TP after you get the runs from there secret herbs and spices.
