DON'T starve yourself. it's the worst thing you can do, it slows down your metabolism. smaller more frequent meals of the right stuff will let you consume more calories but burn them much faster, and yield better results.

100% true. P90x actually has you raise your calorie intake a lot with a ton of small meals throughout the day, but also requires deathly crazy workouts lol but it's worth it.

You sure you want to do that? Try p90x or something. Working out sucks at first, but you get to the point where you need to workout, and anything you eat that isn't healthy makes you feel bad. I think it'd benefit you more than something that makes you eat less or whatever that thing is. Plus you'll be stronger and look better instead of just skinnier. Idk I've always been against weight loss pills and ways around working to get in shape. I can show you where to get p90x for free, and it has the nutrition guide and everything.
Trust me, ive tried everything. Lol. And with my knee p90x will break it!
