Myfitnesspal is an awesome app on iPhone market and android that may help you manage what you eat. Pretty much scan the barcode of whatever you're going to eat, or search it and add it to your meals with the amount you ate for that day. It'll show you how many more calories, cholesterol, fats, etc you have left that day. Easier than looking at the nutrition label and factoring in serving sizes and adding it up all day yourself. It'll also shock you how quickly you'll go over in sugars and stuff.
Hmm ill check that out! Thx
R U sure you fasted before the lab tests? I don't have a whole lot of faith in labs. if I got an abnormal, I'd like to have it re-tested. make sure you fast a good 8-12hr's and be well hydrated (with water) and you MIGHT see some diff #'s.
Yeah set up your profile to your goal weight and it'll show you how much fat, calories, and everything you can have each day. It has every food item too, even like fast food and stuff.
All i had was a sip of oj in the morning.
