When I was 10 a school guidance counselor decided that I was intelligent enough for magnet school and sent me to AJ Ferrel Middle school in the hood. Mind you I lived in Thonotosassa and went to Thonotosassa elementary, barely even saw any colored kids out there. After my first year of magnet school " The Equality Act" forced the schools to let local colored kids in to even out the race numbers. Before you had to pass a test to go. After one year of that I was one of 10 white kids and boy was it a bad place for a quiet little country boy. Ive been inside those circles like that and the only thing that comes to mind is the old football drill my dad used to make us do, bull in a ring..... If you cant act like a human being of any color why should you be treated like one?
