Reasonable Doubt! From the beginning Baez and his crew did everything in there power to put as much reasonable doubt in the juries head. This was another OJ case.... The judge was an idiot and should have seen it coming, instead he just allowed the defense to talk and talk and talk more, alot of it so far removed from the actual case, that it's no surprise they found her not guilty. Prosecutors tried but couldn't keep up with Baez's team loading the stand with so much bull shiz that the jury didn't know what to believe. As someone else said in an earlier post, reasonable doubt and the defense was just there to win... Forget if a crime was committed...

That is what pisses me off more than anything. These ass holes are boozing it up at a bar now celebrating their VICTORY. Who is it that won? At the end of the day, a little girl is dead, and everything points to one person who did it.

How about this.....let's pretend the defense didn't say a single thing. None of the molestation stories, none of the pool drowning stories, etc..etc. Pretend the ONLY thing presented in this case was the prosecutions evidence.
Now...what piece of that evidence PROVES that she was the one that killed her? Which piece of evidence?
There's not a SINGLE thing that PROVES she did it without a reasonable doubt.
THAT is why the verdict was Not Guilty. Did she do it? NONE OF US KNOW. You don't KNOW 100%. I don't know 100%.
Based on the evidence that was presented......the verdict is correct. Regardless of what really happened, they did NOT prove that she did it without a reasonable doubt.
For this reason, the court system WORKED.

However, this was a circumstantial case. These cases have been tried for years and years with less circumstantial evidence than this one and found guilty

None of us were on the jury, so our opinions mean squat really. But separating testimony and media hoopla that I watched over the last 2 months, had I been on the jury I would have damn sure hung it
At the end of the day, a little baby is still dead and justice was not served
