Whether you like the decision or not, agree with it or not, you have to applaud the legal system.
She didn't have to prove that she didn't do it and the prosecution never proved beyond a reasonable doubt that she did.

BULL SHIT A baby is dead, the court is a F'n circus, and some murdering whore gets off free. Thousands sit in jail for life for petty weed crimes and other misc. garbage and murders walk free.Applaud that. :wacko
karma will catch up with her one day...Or someone with a Louisville slugger
I would really love to hear from the jurors as to how they came to their decision. I would have hung that jury
Well to send somone to death row is almost impossible, you almost have to have a video for proof nowadays. They should have went after a lesser charge.I just wish they would make her tell how it happened. She ruined her families lives, and her daughters, now she will get a book deal, media circus, and all the other goodies azz clowns get. However I can't wait till she tries and does anything in public, she will have to leave the country.
there are thousands of innocent people behind bars today. dna is proving it all the time. prosecuters and defense atty's in some cases don't care if the person is guilty or not as long as they get a win. as for the death penalty I should hope they are 100%sure cuz you can't say oops my bad and un-dead them. as for Casey if the prosecuters can't prove the cause of death how can they prove it was her or pre-meditated, beyond that shadow of doubt. IMO the prosecuters did not meet their burden of proof. hopefully they will give her the full year for each lie and that could add up quick, same goes for all that hindered the investigation. I also don't see why a bloodhound couldn't have led them to her body sooner.
