My fears were confirmed. I have a herniated C7 vertebrae. Got an MRI scheduled for next week to determine to what degree. Some pain killers and muscle relaxers till then. After the findings on the MRI, we go from there as to whether I need shots, therapy or what..Also appears on the xrays I have degenerative disease in my cervical spine. My dad had it also
