Yup... its time to start this years wine. Mulberries have been prolific. We shake the tree every other day now and freeze them. We are hoping for 5 gallons of wine this year. Tomorrow is day one of the process!

we use to get mulberries all the time. now it is hard to find a tree around here. sounds good!

HA! Yeah.. that freezer ceiling is looking ROUGH. Thats on the agenda.. thats for sure.
