Can't go wrong with the psa lowers. Most lowers like that are built by aero precision including spikes lowers. Don't pay for a name.
As for uppers, best built for the money hands down is ar15performance.com. I have one of his uppers in 6.8 and it is deadly accurate. 
I put my upper together with a 6.8 ARP barrel and bolt....good stuff.
Nice rifles! I hope to be referring back here next month 'cause if things go according to plan I should have a few $$ I can put toward an AR. Been checking prices and gathering info for a few months, waiting on that rare occurrence when money and opportunity coincide.
