Here is one for an asking price of $180
Good deal for anyone up near Jacksonville!
So according to a guy who is selling this moss 500 for 225, agreed to sell for 200225 and according to him he fired about only 5-7 rounds through it. But the finish on tubular magazine seems wore out little bit due to quiet amount of pump action. Am I wrong??
I didn't read all the links, but this is the very reason you should never buy a gun over the internet w/o actually purchasing and seeing it in person. Inspect it over and over...and take a bore light or flash light with you. You can get an off brand bore light for very cheap

Any advice for what to inspect? Chamber barrel I got that part beside these??
weak spots for the mossberg imo would be the ejection bars. they rest on rails inside the reciever on opposite sides of each other and are what grab the rim of the shell to load and un load. they are made of cheap metal and can become bent if manhandled too hard by dimwitted gorilla types that love to slam the action open and closed especialy one handed cuz they saw it done on tv. kinda like the gangbangers holding their pistols sideways. the claw parts can wear also. I've had guns with ejectors that were both bent and worn but they still worked and never had to replace them, you could straighten them with a hammer. the tang safety is plastic and can crack I have replaced 1 of them. if it were me I'd field strip it and examine it before purchase which won't take you long to learn, but for now just make sure it opens and closes fairly smoothly don't baby it and do it real slow, you can do it fast just don't let it slam or bottom out when opened fully. it's something you kinda need some experience and a feel for. realisticly I doubt you will find one that doesn't work and if you did they are easy and cheap to fix. look for any gauges, burrs or scratches in the interior metal parts, cracks in the stock (which I've never seen) and that it opens and closes. a set of dummy 12 ga "snap cap" rounds will show if it feeds and ejects. and as for any gun a bore light or flashlight to look for scratches, rust or pitting in the bbl and anywhere else.
bought it for 200 td. Little scratches on barrel or rust im not sure but doesn't look like big deal.
Tested everything with fake shells and stuffs. Pump action feels fine as well.
Is there any way I can cover those scratches?? The seller was mentioning about blueing pen or something like that
