According to the Winchester Ballistic calculator. for the power point 30-30 ammo. the 150 grn has 128.3" of drop at 500 yds and the 170 grn 141.6" of drop at 500 yds.

you can zero a gun at almost any range you want, but at 68o yds your gonna be several feet off at 50. plus there will be virtualy no velocity or energy left at that distance. 680 FEET would be a long shot for that caliber/rifle.

It didn't feel like I was aiming 12 feet high , but the main point of bragging about hitting something that far was for accuracys sake.

there was such a delay that if the target was moving I would miss...lol
the other weapons I were using for 100 year old weapons , so I had quite a variety out there and I decided to shoot this at the range of the 100 year old weapons were being used at.
