I believe he got $125. He never hunted with it because he didn't like the recoil. I had a standing offer to give him $300 any time he was ready. Then the dumas goes and hocks it

gotta agree about the dumazz part. #1 the recoil isn't much diff than the 30-30 in the exact same gun. I put a recoil pad on my waffle top and wish I left the orig plastic that will never snag on clothes. #2 if he only pawned it he could have gotten it back for the 125$ + the 30-35%, then sold it to you for 300$, would have been a win/win. look at any gun at a pawn shop and figure they never paid more than 25% (app) of the current price tag on it.
