nice looking blade.
Update - Field Report
I promised nothing would touch this knife until I put some game on the ground. It took me 7 months but I finally had a chance to put this blade to its intended use. I can't tell you how many times I pulled this knife out waiting for hunting season to get here. I am happy to report that it works as well or better than I originally believed it would. I was able to skin/quarter a hog and doe before I had to sharpen it the 1st time. I ran it 4 or 5 times over a cheap handheld sharpener and finished the buck I shot Saturday morning. Thanks again Bobby, you will never see me out in the woods without this knife strapped to my side.
G.B. don't forget 1 for your buddy Nacho, christmas is right around the corner. after loosing a few belt knives I have a method that works 100%. take a slim piece of bungee cord, slip it thru the upper part of the belt loop and make an overhand knot in it and tighten it just enough so it doesn't bend the leather sheath, but is flat against it. cutt off loose ends and burn them so they don't fray. now slip the knife in the sheath and pull the knot up and over the knife handle till it's just above the snap. now even if a vine or something unsnaps the button the knife will stay put and it is very fast on/off and quiet. not the prettiest thing, but a lot better than a lost treasure. congrats.
Very nice knife. a real piece of craftsmanship!
Your welcome Jason, glad your liking it.hope you get more blood on it brother!!!
