Took my wife shooting last week. Put a couple hundred rounds through the pistols. She likes shooting my Ruger P series 9mm. Got her to try the the SIG in .357sig , little too snappy for her. Then she tried out the Para .45 . That was good for some giggles.. lol. way to big of a gun for her small hands. Took the AR with us , she wanted to try out the suppressor. She was amazed how quiet it was. I let her shoot the rifle with no suppressor on it, then with it on. Really is a big difference even shooting inside. She has told me not to take her to indoor ranges anymore. She would rather shoot outside. I don't blame her. lol. I like shooting outside much better.
